   القراءة الاولى/ أش 33: 1- 6

إجلسوا أنصتوا الى قراءة من سفر إشعيا:  (بارخمار)

وَيلٌ لَكَ أَيُّها المُدَمِّرُ وأَنتَ لم تُدَمَّر والخائِنُ وأَنتَ لم تخَنْ إِنَّكَ حينَ تَكُفُّ عنِ التَدْميرِ تُدَمَّر وحينَ تَفرَغُ مِن الخِيانةِ تُخان. يا رَبُّ آرحَمْنا، إِيَّاكَ آنتَظَرنا فكُنْ ذِراعَهم في كُلِّ صَباح وكنْ خَلاصَنا في وَقتِ الضِّيق. مِن صَوتِ الضَّجيجِ هَرَبَتِ الشُّعوب وعِندَ آرتفاعِ صَوتِكَ تَبَدَّدَتِ الأُمَم. فتُجمَعُ غَنيمَتُكم جَمعَ الجَراد ويُتَواثَبُ علَيها تَواثُبَ الجُندُب. تَعَظَّمَ الرَّبُّ لِأَنَّه ساكِنٌ في العَلاء وقد مَلأَ صِهْيونَ حَقّاً وبِرّاً. ويَكونُ أَمانةَ أَيَّامِكَ ووَفرَةَ خَلاصٍ وحِكمَةً وعِلماً وتَكونُ مَخافَةُ الرَّبِّ كَنزَه. كلام الرب.

القراءة الثانية/ 1قو 14: 1- 6 

مِنْ رِسالةِ بولسَ الرسول الأولى إلى أَهلِ قورنتس:  يقول يا إخوة بارِخمار.

إِسْعَوا إلى المَحبَّة واطمَحوا إلى مَواهِبِ الرُّوح، ولا سِيَّما النُّبوءَة. فإِنَّ الَّذي يَتَكلَّمُ بِلُغاتٍ لا يُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ بلِ الله، فما مِن أَحَدٍ يَفهَمُ عَنه، فهو يَقولُ بِروحِه أَشياءَ خَفِيَّة. وأَمَّا الَّذي يَتَنَبَّأ فهو يُكلِّمُ النَّاسَ بِكلام يَبْني ويَحُثُّ ويُشَدِّد. الَّذي يَتَكلَّمُ بِلُغاتٍ يَبْني نَفْسَه، وأَمَّا الَّذي يَتَنَبَّأ فيَبْني الجَماعة. إِنِّي أَرغَبُ في أَن تَتَكلَّموا كُلُّكُم بلُغات، وأَكثَرُ رَغبَتي في أَن تَتَنَبَّأُوا، لأَنَّ المُتَنَبِّىءَ أَفضَلُ مِنَ المُتَكلِّمِ بِلُغات، إِلاَّ إِذا كانَ هذا يُتَرجِمُ لِتَنالَ الجَماعةُ بُنْيانَها. والآنَ، أَيُّها الإِخوَة، هَبُوني قَدِمتُ إِلَيكُم وكَلَّمتُكُم بِلُغات، فأَيَّةُ فائِدةٍ لَكم فِيَّ، إِن لم يَأتِكُم كَلامي بِوَحْيٍ أَو مَعرِفةٍ أَو نُبوءَةٍ أَو تَعليم؟

القراءة الثالثة/ مت 18: 1-7

إنجيل سيدنا يسوع المسيح  للقديس متى:

وفي تِلكَ السَّاعَة دَنا التَّلاميذُ إِلى يسوعَ وسأَلوه:((مَن تُراهُ الأَكبَرَ في مَلكوتِ السَّمَوات؟)) فدَعا طِفلاً فَأَقامَه بَينَهم وقال: الحَقَّ أَقولُ لَكم:  )) إِن لم تَرجِعوا فتَصيروا مِثلَ الأَطفال، لا تَدخُلوا مَلكوتَ السَّمَوات((. فمَن وضَعَ نفسَه وصارَ مِثلَ هذا الطِّفل، فذاك هو الأَكبرُ في مَلَكوتِ السَّموات. ومَن قَبِلَ طِفْلاً مِثلَه إِكْراماً لاسمي، فقَد قَبِلَني أَنا. وأَمَّا الذي يَكونُ حجَرَ عَثرَةٍ لأَحدِ هؤلاءِ الصِّغارِ المؤمِنينَ بي فَأَولى بِه أَن تُعلَّقَ الرَّحى في عُنُقِه ويُلقى في عُرْضِ البَحْر. الوَيلُ لِلعالَمِ مِن أَسبابِ العَثَرات! ولابُدَّ مِن وجُودِها، ولكِنِ الوَيلُ لِلَّذي يكونُ حَجَرَ عَثرَة!

لنقف كلنا بفرح وابتهاج ولنطلب بثقة قائلين: يا رب ارحمنا.

 *يا رب، من أجل أن ننتبه أكثر إلى نداءاتك الأبوية ونفهمها ونعيشها بعمق وإخلاص، نطلب منك.

* يا رب، من أجل أن نعود إلى بساطة الطفولة وإلى العلاقات البريئة والواعدة والعفوية، نطلب منك.

* مع رعيتنا وجماعتنا في هاملتون  وكل عائلاتنا نتذكر دائماً يا رب ، إنكَ عند الباب تقرع إجعلنا أن نسلكَ بالإيمانِ والرجاءِ والمحبةَ ، ونكونُ قدوةً لغيرنا فنحملَ إسمكَ إلى كلِّ الشعوب بشهادة حياتِنا نطلب منكَ

* لأجل كلِّ الذين عبروا من هذه الدنيا، ليسلكوا دربَ الملكوت في إبنكَ الوحيد ولا سيَّما لأجل موتانا ومعلّمينا في الروح والجسد لتضُمَّهم إلى جماعة قديسيكَ وتغفر خطايانا وخطاياهم نطلب منك.

First Reading/ Isa 33: 1- 6

A reading from the book of Isaiah: Barikh-Mar

Woe to you, destroying though not yourself destroyed, betraying though not yourself betrayed; when you have finished destroying, you will be destroyed, when you have stopped betraying, you will be betrayed. Yahweh, show us your mercy, we hope in you. Be our arm every morning and our salvation in time of distress. At the sound of tumult the peoples flee, when you stand up the nations scatter. Your spoil is gathered in as a grasshopper gathers in, like a swarm of locusts people descend on it. Yahweh is exalted, for he is enthroned above, he has filled Zion with fair judgement and saving justice. You can count on this all your days: wisdom and knowledge are the riches that save, the fear of Yahweh is his treasure.

This is the Word of the Lord.

Second Reading / 1 Cor 14: 1- 6

A reading from the first Letter of St. Paul to Corinthians: Barikh-Mar

Make love your aim; but be eager, too, for spiritual gifts, and especially for prophesying. Those who speak in a tongue speak to God, but not to other people, because nobody understands them; they are speaking in the Spirit and the meaning is hidden. On the other hand, someone who prophesies speaks to other people, building them up and giving them encouragement and reassurance. Those who speak in a tongue may build themselves up, but those who prophesy build up the community. While I should like you all to speak in tongues, I would much rather you could prophesy; since those who prophesy are of greater importance than those who speak in tongues, unless they can interpret what they say so that the church is built up by it. Now suppose, brothers, I come to you and speak in tongues, what good shall I do you if my speaking provides no revelation or knowledge or prophecy or instruction?

The grace and peace be with you all brothers. Amen.

Third Reading/ Mt 18: 1-7

A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Saint Matthew.

At this time, the disciples came to Jesus and said, ‘Who is the greatest in the kingdom of Heaven?’ So, he called a little child to him whom he set among them. Then he said, ‘In truth I tell you, unless you change and become like little children you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven. And so, the one who makes himself as little as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of Heaven. ‘Anyone who welcomes one little child like this in my name welcomes me. But anyone who is the downfall of one of these little ones who have faith in me would be better drowned in the depths of the sea with a great millstone round his neck. Alas for the world that there should be such causes of falling! Causes of falling indeed there must be, but alas for anyone who provides them!

*For those who are refugees in Canada: Help us to accept them with love and compassion into our communities. Lord hear us.

*For those who have died: that they may now be in the presence of the Lord our God. Lord hear us
