القراءة الاولى/ سفر التكوين  7: 1-24

انصتوا الى سفر التكوين: بارخمار  ( بارك يا  سيد)

وكان الطُّوفانُ أربعين يوماً على الأرض وكثُرِت المياهُ وحمَلتِ الفُلكَ فارتفع عن الأرضِ، وكثُرتِ المياهُ وتعاظَمت جداً على الأرض فكان الفُلكُ يسيرُ على وجهِ الماء، وكثُرتِ المياهُ جداً جداً على الأرض فتغطَّت جميعُ الجبالِ الشامخةِ التي تحت السماءِ كلِّها، خمسَ عشرةَ ذِراعاً ارتفعَ الماءُ من فوقُ فتغطَّتِ الجبالُ الشّامخةُ، فهلَك كلُّ ذي جسَدٍ يدبُّ على الأرضِ من الطّيرِ والبهائِمِ والوُحوشِ وجميع الزحّافاتِ الّتي تزحَفُ على الأرض والنّاسُ كافّةً، كلُّ مَن في أنفِهِ نسمَةُ حياةٍ من كلِّ مَن في اليَبَسِ ماتوا. ومحا كلَّ قائِمٍ على وجهِ الأرضِ من النّاسِ والبهائِمِ والدبَّابات وطيرِ السماءِ فانمحت من الأرض وبقي نوحٌ ومَن معهُ في الفُلكِ، وتعاظمتِ المياهُ على الأرضِ مئةً وخمسين يوماً.

كلام الرب

القراءة الثانية/ رومية  7: 14-25

من رسالة بولس الرسول الى رومية يقول ياأخوة : بارخمار( بارك يا سيد )

لأنَّنا نعلَمُ أنَّ النَّاموسَ روحيٌّ وأمّا أنا فجسدِيٌّ ومبيعٌ للخطيئَة، فإنّي لستُ أدري ما أعملُ، لأنَّ ما أريدهُ لا أعملُهُ بل ما أكرهُهُ إياهُ أعمل، فإن كنتُ أعملُ ما لا أُريدهُ فأنا شاهدٌ للنّاموسِ بأنّهُ حسَنٌ. فالآنَ لستُ أنا أعملُ هذا بل الخطيئةُ السّاكنةُ فيَّ، فإنّي أعلمُ أنَّ الخيرَ لا يسكُنُ فيَّ أي في جسدي. لأنّهُ يسهَلُ لي أن أُريدَ الخيرَ وأمّا أن أعملَهُ فلا أجِدُ، لأنّي لا أعملُ الخيرَ الّذي أُريدُ أن اعملَ بل الشرُّ الّذي لا أُريدُ أن أعملَ إيّاهُ أعمل، فإن كنتُ أعملُ ما لا أُريدُ فلستُ أنا العاملَ بل الخطيئة السّاكنةُ فيَّ، أجِدُ إذَن النّاموسَ موافِقاً لضميري المُريدِ أن يعملَ خيراً. لأنَّ الشرَّ حاضرٌ لديَّ، فإنّي لأفرَحُ بناموسِ اللهِ بالإنسانِ الباطِن، لكنّي أرى في أعضائي ناموساً آخرَ يحارِبُ ناموسَ ضميري ويَسْبيني إلى ناموسِ الخطيئةِ الذي في أعضائي، فأنا إنسانٌ شقيٌّ من يُنقِذُني من جسدِ الموتِ هذا، فإني أشكُر اللهَ بربّنا يسوعَ المسيح.

إنجيل اليوم/ متي 20: 17-28                  

إنجيل سيدنا يسوع المسيح للقديس متي

حينئذٍ تقدّمت إليهِ أُمُّ ابني زَبْدى مع ابنَيْها وسجَدَت لهُ تسأَلهُ شيئاً، فقال لها: ماذا تريدين. قالت لهُ: مُرْ أن يجلِسَ ابناي هذان أحدُهما عن يمينك والآخرُ عن يسارك في ملكوتِك، أجاب يسوعُ وقال: إنّكما لا تعلمان ما تطلُبان أتستطيعانِ أن تشرَبا الكأسَ الّتي أنا مُزمعٌ أن أشرَبها أو أن تصطبغا الصّبغةَ التي أصطبغها. قالا لهُ: نستطيعُ، فقال لهما: أما كأسي فتشربان والصبغةُ الّتي أصطبغُ تصطبغان وأمّا جُلوسُكما عن يميني ويساري فليس لي أن أعطيَهُ إلاّ للّذين أُعدَّ لهم من أبي، فلمّا سمع العَشَرةُ غضِبوا على الأخوين، فدعاهم يسوعُ وقال لهم: قد علِمتُم أنّ رؤساءَ الأممِ هم ساداتُهم وعُظماءَهم هم المُسلَّطون عليهم، وأما أنتم فلا يكُن فيكم هكذا ولكن من أراد أن يكونَ فيكم كبيراً فليكن لكم خادماً، ومَن أراد أن يكونَ فيكم أوَّلاً فليكن لكم عبداً، كما أنَّ ابن الإنسانِ لم يأتِ ليُخدَمَ بل ليَخْدُمَ ويبذُلَ نفسَهُ فداءً عن كثيرين.

إبتهالات .. وطلبات .. وتضرعات

* لنقم حسنا ونصلّ بثقة قائلين: يا رب إستجب لنا

* يا رب كي لا نحاول القضاء على الشر بالعنف، بل بالافهام والاقناع، وبتقديس الذات: نسأل ونقول.

* يا رب كي لا نتصور ان الشر يزول بزوال الاشرار، بل باصلاحهم وازالة عوامل الشر : نسأل  ونقول:

* يا رب كي نعي مسؤوليتنا عن خلاص العالم، فنستغل الثقافة والسلطة والسلوك لتحقيق ذلك: نسأل ونقول.

* يا رب كي نقتدي بسيرتك واعمالك، فنسمو باخلاقنا حيث تدل على قناعتنا بك وحبنا لك: نسال ونقول.

* يا رب من أجل أن نفهم المعنى الحقيقي للخدمة بعيداً عن أي أعتبارات وان نقوم بها من دوت تمييز بين شخص وآخر، نسأل ونقول.

* بين يديكَ نودِّع أمواتنا أشملهم بمحبتك يارب وأكتب أسمائهم في سفر الحياة فينضموا إلى مصاف القديسين إقبل القرابين التي نقربها عنهم وأهلنا وأياهم أن ننال المراحم وغفران خطايانا وخطاياهم ، نسأل ونقول

1st Reading /Genesis 7: 1-24

Listen to the Book of Genesis: Barekhmar.

On that same day Noah and his wife went into the boat with their three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, and their wives. With them went every kind of animal, domestic and wild, large and small, and every kind of bird. A male and a female of each kind of living being went into the boat with Noah, as God had commanded. Then the Lord shut the door behind Noah. The flood continued for forty days, and the water became deep enough for the boat to float. The water became deeper, and the boat drifted on the surface. It became so deep that it covered the highest mountains; it went on rising until it was about twenty-five feet above the tops of the mountains. Every living being on the earth died – every bird, every animal, and every person. Everything on earth that breathed died. The Lord destroyed all living beings on the earth – human beings, animals, and birds. The only ones left were Noah and those who were with him in the boat. The water did not start going down for a hundred and fifty days.

2nd Reading / Romans 7: 14-25

A reading from the Letter of Saint Paul to the Romans: Barekhmar

We know that the Law is spiritual; but I am a mortal, sold as a slave to sin. I do not understand what I do; for I don’t do what I would like to do, but instead I do what I hate.  Since what I do is what I don’t want to do, this shows that I agree that the Law is right. So I am not really the one who does this thing; rather it is the sin that lives in me. I know that good does not live in me – that is, in my human nature. For even though the desire to do good is in me, I am not able to do it. I don’t do the good I want to do; instead, I do the evil that I do not want to do. If I do what I don’t want to do, this means that I am no longer the one who does it; instead, it is the sin that lives in me. So I find that this law is at work: when I want to do what is good, what is evil is the only choice I have. My inner being delights in the law of God. But I see a different law at work in my body – a law that fights against the law which my mind approves of. It makes me a prisoner to the law of sin which is at work in my body. What an unhappy man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is taking me to death? Thanks be to God, who does this through our Lord Jesus Christ!

Gospel Reading/ Matthew 20: 17-28

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew

Then the wife of Zebedee came to Jesus with her two sons, bowed before him, and asked him for a favor. “What do you want?” Jesus asked her. She answered, “Promise me that these two sons of mine will sit at your right and your left when you are King.” “You don’t know what you are asking for,” Jesus answered the sons. “Can you drink the cup of suffering that I am about to drink?” “We can,” they answered. “You will indeed drink from my cup,” Jesus told them, “but I do not have the right to choose who will sit at my right and my left. These places belong to those for whom my Father has prepared them.” When the other ten disciples heard about this, they became angry with the two brothers. 25 So Jesus called them all together and said, “You know that the rulers of the heathen have power over them, and the leaders have complete authority.  This, however, is not the way it shall be among you. If one of you wants to be great, you must be the servant of the rest;  and if one of you wants to be first, you must be the slave of the others like the Son of Man, who did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life to redeem many people.”
