   القراءة الاولى/سفر إشعيا 31: 1- 9  

 أنصتوا الى قراءة من سفر إشعيا:  (بارخمار)

وَيل لِلنَّازِلينَ إِلى مِصرَ لِلآستِنْصار المُعتَمِدينَ على الخَيل المُتوكَلِّينَ على المَركَباتِ لِأَنَّها كثيرة وعلى الفُرْسانِ لِأَنَّهم أَقوِياءُ جِدّاً الَّذينَ لا يَلتَفِتونَ إِلى قُدُّوسِ إِسْرائيل ولا يَلتَمِسونَ الرَّبّ. هو أَيضاً حَكيمٌ فيَجلُبُ الشَّرّ ولا يَرجعُ عن كَلامِه بل يَقومُ على بَيتِ الأَشْرار وعلى نُصرَةِ فاعِلي الآثام. إِنَّما مِصرُ بَشَرٌ لا إِله وخَيلُهم جَسَدٌ لاروح فإِذا مَدَّ الرَّبُّ يَدَه عَثَرَ النَّاصِر وسَقَطَ المَنْصورُ وفَنوا كُلُّهم مَعا. لانَّه هكذا قالَ لِيَ الرَّبّ: كما يَزأَرُ الأَسَدُ والشِّبلُ على فَريسَتِه وإِذا تَنادى علَيه جَماعةٌ مِنَ الرُّعاة لا يَفزَعُ مِن صَوتِهم ولا يَنثَني مِن جَلَبَتِهم كذلك يَنزِلُ رَبُّ القُوَّات لِلمُحارَبةِ على جَبَلِ صِهْيون، على تَلَّتِه وكالطُّيورِ الطَّائِرَة يَحْمي رَبُّ القُوَّات أُورَشَليم يَحْمي فيُنقِذُ ويَعْفو فيُنَجَى. توبوا إِلى الَّذي تَمادى بَنو إِسْرائيل في عِصْيانِهم لَه. لِأَنَّه في ذلك اليَوم يَنبِذُ كُلُّ واحِدٍ أَوثانَه مِنَ الفِضَّة وأَوثانَه مِنَ الذَّهَب الَّتي صَنَعَتها لَكم أَيديكمُ الخاطِئة ويَسقطُ أَشُّورُ بِسَيفٍ لا بِسَيفِ إِنْسان ويَلتَهِمُه سَيفٌ لا سَيفُ إِنْسان فيَهرُبُ مِنَ السَّيف وبَكونُ شُبَّانُه لِلسُّخرَة ويَهجُرُ صَخرَه مِنَ الفَزَع ويَرتَعِبُ أُمَراؤُه وَيترُكونَ الرَّاية يَقولُ الرَّبُّ الَّذي لَه نارٌ في صِهْيونَ وتَنُّورٌ في أُورَشَليمَ.

كلام الرب

القراءة الثانية/ 2 تس 1: 1- 7

مِنْ رِسالةِ بولسَ الرسول الثانية إلى أَهلِ تسالونيقي:  يقول يا إخوة بارِخمار.

مِن بولُسَ وسِلْوانُسَ وطيموتاوُس إِلى كَنيسةِ أَهْلِ تَسالونيقيَ الَّتي في اللّهِ أَبينا والرَّبِّ يسوعَ المسيح. علَيكمُ النِّعمَةُ والسَّلامُ مِن لَدُنِ اللهِ الآب والرَّبِّ يسوعَ المسيح. علَينا أَن نَشكُرَ اللهَ دائِمًا في أَمْرِكم، أَيُّها الإِخوَة. وهذا حَقٌّ لأَنَّ إِيمانَكم يَنْمو نُمُوًّا شديدًا ومَحبَّةَ كُلٍّ منكم جَميعًا لِلآخَرينَ تَزدادُ بَينَكم، حتَّى بِتْنا أَنْفُسُنا نَفتَخِرُ بِكُم في كَنائِسِ الله لِما أَنتُم علَيه مِنَ الثَّباتِ والإِيمانِ في جَميعِ ما تَحتَمِلونَ مِنَ الاِضْطهاداتِ والشَّدائِد. وفي ذلِك دَليلٌ على قَضاءِ اللهِ العادِل لِتُؤَهَّلوا لِمَلَكوتِ اللهِ الَّذي في سَبيله تَتأَلَّمون. فإِنَّه مِنَ العَدْلِ عِندَ اللهِ أَن يُجازِيَ بِالضِّيقِ أُولئِكَ الَّذينَ يُضايِقونَكم، وأَن يُجازِيَكم أَنتُمُ المُضايَقينَ وإِيَّانا بِالرَّاحَة عِندَ ظُهورِ الرَّبِّ يَسوع، يَومَ يَأتي مِنَ السَّماءِ تُواكِبُه مَلائِكَةُ قُدرَتِه

إنجيل اليوم/ لو 19: 1- 10

إنجيل سيدنا يسوع المسيح  للقديس لوقا

ودَخَلَ أَريحا وأَخَذَ يَجتازُها. فإِذا رَجُلٌ يُدْعى زَكَّا وهو رئيسٌ للعَشَّارينَ غَنِيٌّ قد جاءَ يُحاوِلُ أَن يَرى مَن هُوَ يسوع، فلَم يَستَطِعْ لِكَثَرةِ الزِّحَام، لِأَنَّه كانَ قَصيرَ القامة، فتقدَّمَ مُسرِعاً وصَعِدَ جُمَّيزَةً لِيرَاه، لأَنَّه أَوشكَ أَن يَمُرَّ بِها. فلَمَّا وصَلَ يسوعُ إلى ذلكَ المَكان، رَفَعَ طَرْفَه وقالَ له:((يا زَكَّا انزِلْ على عَجَل، فيَجِبُ عَلَيَّ أَن أُقيمَ اليَومَ في بَيتِكَ )). فنزَلَ على عَجَل وأَضافَه مَسروراً. فلمَّا رَأوا ذلك قالوا كُلُّهم متذَمِّرين:((دَخَلَ مَنزِلَ رَجُلٍ خاطِئٍ لِيَبيتَ عِندَه! )) فوَقَفَ زَكَّا فقال لِلرَّبّ:((يا ربّ، ها إِنِّي أُعْطي الفُقَراءَ نِصفَ أَموْالي، وإِذا كُنتُ ظَلَمتُ أَحداً شَيئاً، أَرُدُّه علَيهِ أَربَعَةَ أَضْعاف )). فقالَ يسوعُ فيه:((اليَومَ حصَلَ الخَلاصُ لِهذا البَيت، فهوَ أَيضاً ابنُ إِبراهيم. لِأَنَّ ابْنَ الإِنسانِ جاءَ لِيَبحَثَ عن الهالِكِ فيُخَلِّصَه )).

الكاهن :المجد لله دائما ……. الشعب :المجد للمسيح ربنا.

إبتهالات .. وطلبات .. وتضرعات

لنقف حسناً ونصلِّ بتقوى قائلين: يا رب استجب لنا.

* الانسان القوي عندما يثبت في الحق: يا رب كي لا نتكل فقط على حكمتنا وقوتنا البشرية بل نتكل على قوة الحق والبر ونحيا فيهما: نطلب منك.

* آمن زكا ونال الخلاص: يا رب كي نعي إيماننا ونحياه فعلياً ونسلك في الاستقامة: نطلب منك.

*أرحم يا رب نفوس موتانا، ونَضَعُهم أمامكَ جميعَ  الذين إنتَقَلَوا مِن هذه الحَياة، إستَقبِلهُم بِنِعمَتِك، وأمحُ آثامَهُم بِفَيضِ غُفرانِك، وبَلسِم جِراحَ أهلِهِم بالرجاء، غافِرًا لنا ولهم الخطايا والزلاّت. نطلب منك.

First  Reading/ Isaiah 31: 1- 9

A reading from the book of Isaiah Barikh-Mar

Woe to those who descend into Egypt for assistance, hoping in horses, and putting their trust in four-horse chariots because they are many, and in horsemen because they are exceedingly strong. And they have not believed in the Holy One of Israel, and they have not sought the Lord. Therefore, being wise, he has permitted harm, and he has not removed his words, and he will rise up against the house of the wicked and against those who assist the workers of iniquity. Egypt is man, and not God. And their horses are flesh, and not spirit. And so, the Lord will reach down his hand, and the helper will fall, and the one who was being helped will fall, and they will all be consumed together. For the Lord says this to me: In the same way that a lion roars, and a young lion is over his prey, and though a multitude of shepherds may meet him, he will not dread their voice, nor be afraid of their number, so will the Lord of hosts descend in order to battle upon mount Zion and upon its hill. Like birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts protect Jerusalem, protecting and freeing, passing over and saving. Be converted to the same depth that you have drawn away, O sons of Israel. For in that day, a man will cast away his idols of silver and his idols of gold, which your hands have made for you unto sin. And Assur will fall by a sword not of man, and a sword not of man will devour him. And he will not flee from the face of the sword, and his young men will be subject to a penalty. And his strength will pass away in terror, and his princes will flee in fear. The Lord has said it. His fire is in Zion, and his furnace is at Jerusalem.

This is the Word of the Lord.

Second Reading / 2 Thess 1: 1- 9

A reading from the second Letter of St. Paul to Thessalonians: Barikh-Mar

Paul and Sylvanus and Timothy, to the church of the Thessalonians, in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace and peace to you, from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. We ought to give thanks always to God for you, brothers, in a fitting manner, because your faith is increasing greatly, and because the charity of each of you toward one another is abundant, so much so that we ourselves even glory in you among the churches of God, because of your patience which are a sign of the just judgment of God, so that you may be held worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer. For certainly, it is just for God to repay trouble to those who trouble you, and to repay you, who are being troubled, with a repose with us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with the Angels of his virtue,

Third Reading/ Luke 19: 1- 10

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke.

And having entered, he walked through Jericho. And behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus. And he was the leader of the tax collectors, and he was wealthy. And he sought to see Jesus, to see who he was. But he was unable to do so, because of the crowd, for he was small in stature. And running ahead, he climbed up a sycamore tree, so that he might see him. For he was to pass near there. And when he had arrived at the place, Jesus looked up and saw him, and he said to him: “Zacchaeus, hurry down. For today, I should lodge in your house.” And hurrying, he came down, and he received him joyfully. And when they all saw this, they murmured, saying that he had turned aside to a sinful man. But Zacchaeus, standing still, said to the Lord: “Behold, Lord, one half of my goods I give to the poor. And if I have cheated anyone in any matter, I will repay him fourfold.” Jesus said to him: “Today, salvation has come to this house; because of this, he too is a son of Abraham. For the Son of man has come to seek and to save what had been lost.”

Response: Lord hear our prayer

For the Church: that as the Church we may open our eyes to the needs of those around us. May we be merciful just as the Father is? Lord hear us

For all who find it impossible to forgive: that the love and mercy of God may so overwhelm them that all resentment and anger are washed away. Lord hear us

For all who have died: that they may dwell forever in the glorious presence of him who is Lord both of the dead and the living. Lord hear us
