القراءة الأولى/ سفر أشعيا 5: 8-11

إجلسوا أنصتوا إلى سفر إشعيا: بارخمار.

وَيلٌ لِلَّذينَ يَصِلونَ بَيتاً بِبَيت ويَقرِنونَ حَقلاً بحَقْل حتَّى لم يَبقَ أَيُّ مَكان فتَسكُنونَ وَحدَكم في وَسَطِ الأَرض. على مَسمَعٍ مِنّي أَقسَمَ رَب، القوات: إِنَّ بُيوتاً كَثيرةً ستُخرَب عَظيمةً وجَميلةً مِنها تَبْقى بِغَير ساكِن. فعَشرَةُ فَدادينَ كَرماً تُخرِجُ بَثّاً واحِداً وبَذرُ عُمِرٍ يُخرِجُ إيفَة. وَيلٌ لِلقائِمينَ مِنَ الصَّباح في طَلَبِ المُسكِرات المُتَأَخِّرينَ الى المَساء والخَمرُ تُلهِبُهم.    كلام الرب.

القراءة الثانية/ 1 قورنتس 15: 58-16: 4

من رسالة بولس الرسول الأولى إلى أهل قورنثية، يقول يا أخوة: بارخمار.

فكونوا إِذًا، يا إِخوَتي الأَحِبَّاء، ثابِتينَ راسِخين، مُتَقَدِّمينَ في عَمَلِ الرَّبِّ دائِمًا، عالِمينَ أَنَّ جَهْدَكُم لا يَذهَبُ سُدً ى عِندَ الرَّبّ.  وأَمَّا جَمْعُ الصَّدَقاتِ لِلقِدِّيسين، فاعمَلوا أَنتُمِ أيضًا بما رَتَّبتُه في كَنائِسِ غَلاطِيَة، وهو أَن يَضَع كُلُّ مِنكُم في أَوَّلِ يَومٍ مِنَ كُلِّ أُسبوعٍ إلى جانِبٍ ما تَيَسَّرَ لَه ادِّخارُه، فلا يَكونَ جَمْعُ الصَّدَقاتِ يَومَ قُدومي. ومتَى حَضَرتُ أَرسَلتُ الَّذينَ تَعُدُّونَهم أَهلاً وزَوَّدتُهم بِرَسائِل، لِيَحمِلوا هِبَتَكم إلى أُورَشَليم. وإِذا كان هُناكَ ما يدعو إلى أَن أُسافِرَ أَنا أَيضًا، فيُسافِرونَ هم معي…

أنجيل لوقا 13: 22- 30 

أنجيل ربنا يسوع المسيح للقديس لوقا.

وكانَ يَمُرُّ بِالمُدُنِ والقُرى، فيُعَلِّمُ فيها، وهوَ سائِرٌ إِلى أُورَشَليم. فقالَ لَه رَجُل:((يا ربّ، هلِ الَّذينَ يَخلُصونَ قَليلون؟)) فقالَ لهم:اِجتَهِدوا أَن تدخُلوا مِنَ البابِ الضَّيِّق. أَقولُ لَكم إِنَّ كَثيراً مِنَ النَّاسِ سَيُحاوِلونَ الدُّخولَ فلا يَستَطيعون. ((وإِذا قامَ رَبُّ البَيتِ وأَقَفَلَ الباب،فوَقَفتُم في خارِجِه وأَخَذتُم تَقرَعونَ البابَ وتقولون:يا ربُّ افتَحْ لَنا، فيُجيبُكُم:لا أَعرِفُ مِن أَينَ أَنتُم، حينَئِذٍ تَقولونَ:لَقَد أَكَلْنا وِشَرِبنْا أَمامَكَ، ولقَد عَلَّمتَ في ساحاتِنا. فيَقولُ لَكم:لا أَعرِفُ مِن أَينَ أَنتُم. إِلَيكُم عَنَّي يا فاعِلي السُّوءِ جَميعاً! فهُناكَ البُكاءُ وصَريفُ الأَسنان، إِذ تَرَونَ إِبرهيمَ وإِسحقَ ويعقوبَ وجميعَ الأَنبِياءِ في مَلَكوتِ الله، وتَرَونَ أَنفُسَكُم في خارِجِه مَطرودين. وسَوفَ يَأتي النَّاسُ مِنَ المَشرِقِ والمغرِب، ومِنَ الشَّمالِ والجَنوب، فيجِلسونَ على المائِدَةِ في مَلَكوتِ الله. فهُناكَ آخِرونَ يَصيرونَ أَوَّلين وأَوَّلونَ يَصيرونَ آخِرين)).

 المجد لله دائما….المجد للمسيح ربنا.

لنقم حسنا ونصلّ بحــرارة وثقة قائلين: يا رب إستجب لنا.

* الله هو مقياس العدل والحق: يا رب كي لا نعتقد اننا حكماء واقوياء، ونعترف أنك انت القادر والحكيم فنثق بك ونستعين. نطلب منك.

* الفقــــــــراء والمـــــرضـــــــــى والمتضررين هم جزء منا: يارب كي لا نُهمل الفقراء والمِعوَزين والمرضى بل نغيثهم ونزورهم، ولا نعتبر مساعدتنا لهم صدقة وانما واجباً يدفعنا اليه ايماننا ومحبتنا. نطلب منك.

* إستقبل في حِضنك الأبويّ جميعَ الّذينّ صَبَروا إلى المُنتهى، إمنحهُم الخلاصَ بالحياةِ الأبديّة معك، غافِرًا لنا ولهُم الخطايا والزلاّت. نطلب منك.

1st Reading/ Isaiah 5: 8- 11

A reading from the Book of Isaiah “Barikh-Mar “.

You are doomed! You buy more houses and fields to add to those you already have. Soon there will be no place for anyone else to live, and you alone will live in the land.  I have heard the Lord Almighty say, “All these big, fine houses will be empty ruins.  The grapevines growing on five acres of land will yield only five gallons of wine. Ten bushels of seed will produce only one bushel of grain.” You are doomed! You get up early in the morning to start drinking, and you spend long evenings getting drunk.

This is the Word of the Lord

2nd Reading/1st Corinthians 15: 58-16:4

A reading from the first Letter of St. Paul to Corinthians “Barikh-Mar.

So then, my dear friends, stand firm and steady. Keep busy always in your work for the Lord, since you know that nothing you do in the Lord’s service is ever useless. Now, concerning what you wrote about the money to be raised to help God’s people in Judea. You must do what I told the churches in Galatia to do. Every Sunday each of you must put aside some money, in proportion to what you have earned, and save it up, so that there will be no need to collect money when I come. After I come, I shall give letters of introduction to those you have approved, and send them to take your gift to Jerusalem. If it seems worthwhile for me to go, then they can go along with me.

The grace and peace be with you all brothers. Amen.

Gospel Reading/ Luke 13: 22- 30

A reading from the Holy Gospel According to Saint Luke.

Jesus went through towns and villages, teaching the people and making his way toward Jerusalem. Someone asked him, “Sir, will just a few people be saved?” Jesus answered them, “Do your best to go in through the narrow door; because many people will surely try to go in but will not be able. The master of the house will get up and close the door; then when you stand outside and begin to knock on the door and say, ‘Open the door for us, sir!’ he will answer you, ‘I don’t know where you come from!’ Then you will answer, ‘We ate and drank with you; you taught in our town!’ But he will say again, ‘I don’t know where you come from. Get away from me, all you wicked people!’ How you will cry and gnash your teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets in the Kingdom of God, while you are thrown out! People will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down at the feast in the Kingdom of God. Then those who are now last will be first, and those who are now first will be last.”

For all who have lost faith: that the Spirit of God will renew their hearts and open a new springtime of hope so that they come to a new relationship with the living God
