القراءة الاولى/ تثنية الأشتراع 1: 16-33

أنصُتوا إِلى سِفْرِ تَثنيةِ الإشتراع: بِارِخْمار

قد جَعَلَ الرَّبُّ إِلهُكَ هذه الأَرضَ أَمامَك، فاصعَدْ ورِثْها، كما قالَ لَكَ الرَّبُّ إِلهُ آبائِكَ. لا تَخَفْ ولا تَفزَعْ. فتَقَدَّمتُم إلَيَّ جَميعُكمِ وقُلتُم: نُرسِلُ رِجالاً قُدَّامَنا يَكشِفَونَ لَنا الأَرض ويَحمِلونَ إِلَينا تَقْريرًا عنِ الطَّريقِ الَّذي نَصعَدُ فيه والمُدُنِ الَّتي نَدخُلُها. فحَسُنَ الأَمرُ في عَينَيَّ فأَخَذتُ مِنكمُ اثنَي عَشَرَ رَجُلاً، مِن كلِّ سبطٍ رَجلا. فتَحَوَّلوا وصَعِدوا الجَبَل وجاؤُوا واديَ أَشْكول ؤَتجَسَّسوه. وأَخَذوا في أَيديهم مِن ثَمَرِ الأَرضِ وانحَدَروا بِه إِلَينا وقَدَّموا لَنا تَقريرًا وقالوا: طَيِّبَةٌ الأَرضُ الَّتي وَهَبَها لَنا الرَّبُّ إِلهُنا. فلم تَشاءُوا الصُّعودَ إِلَيها وعَصَيتُم أَمرَ الرَّبِّ إِلهِكم.

 كلام الرب

القراءة الثانية/ قورنتس 9: 13-27

مِنْ رِسالةِ بولسَ الرسول الأولى إلى أَهلِ قورنتس: يقول يا إخوة بارِخمار

أوَ ما تعلَمون أنَّ الذين يخدُمون في بيتِ المقدس من بيتِ المقدسِ يقتاتون والذين يخدُمون المذبح يُقاسِمون المذبح! هكذا أمرَ ربُّنا أيضاً أنّ الذين يُنادون ببشارتهِ يعيشون من بشارتهِ، أمّا أنا فلم استعمل واحدةً من هذه ولا كتبتُ هذا ليكون لي هكذا لأنّهُ خيرٌ لي أن أَموت موتاً من أن يُعطِّلَ أحدٌ فخري، لأنّي إذا بشّرتُ فليس لي فخرٌ. لأنَّ ذلك ضَرورةٌ موضوعةٌ عليَّ والويلُ لي إن لم أُبشِّر، فإنّي إن كنتُ أفعلُ هذا بإرادتي فلي أجرٌ ولكن إن كان بغيرِ إرادتي فإنّما أنا مُؤتَمنٌ على وَكالةٍ، فما أجري إذن. هو أنّي إذا بشّرتُ أجعلُ بشارةَ المسيحِ بغيرِ نفقةٍ ولا إستعملُ السُّلطانَ الذي أعطاني بالإنجيل، لأنّي إذ كنتُ حُرّاً من كلِّ ذلك فقد عبَّدتُ نفسي للجميعِ لأربح الكثرين، فصِرتُ مع اليهودِ كاليهوديّ لأربح اليهودَ. ومع الذين تحتَ النّاموس صرتُ كأنّي تحت النّاموسِ لأربحَ الذين تحتَ النّاموس، ومع الذين لا ناموسَ لهم صِرتُ كأنّي بلا ناموسٍ. مع أنّي لستُ عند اللهِ بلا ناموسٍ بل أنا تحتَ ناموسَ المسيحِ لأربحَ الذين لا ناموس لهم، وصِرتُ مع الضُّعفاءِ ضعيفاً لأربحَ الضُّعفاءِ وصِرتُ كُلاَّ للكلِّ لأُخلِّصَ الكُلَّ.

إنجيل اليوم/ لوقا  6: 27-38       

انجيل سيدنا يسوع المسيح  للقديس لوقا

ورفع عينيهِ إلى تلاميذهِ وقال: طوبى لكم أيُّها المساكينُ فإنّ لكم ملكوتَ اللهِ، طوبى لكم أيُّها الجياعُ الآنَ فإنّكم ستَشبعون، طوبى لكم أيّها الباكون الآنَ فإنكم ستضحكون، طوبى لكم إذا أبغضكم النّاسُ وشتموكم وعيَّروكم وأَشهروا أسماءَكم مثل أشرارٍ من أجلِ ابنِ البشر، افرحوا في ذلك اليومِ وتهللّوا فإنَّ أجرَكم عظيمٌ في السماءِ لأنّهُ هكذا كان آباؤُهم يفعلون بالأنبياءِ. لكنِ الويلُ لكم أيّها الأغنياءُ فإنكم قد قبِلتم عزاءَكم، الويلُ لكم أيّها الشَّباعى فإنّكم ستجوعون. الويلُ لكم أيّها الضّاحكون الآنَ فإنكم ستبكون وتحزَنون، الويلُ لكم إذا قال النّاسُ فيكم حسناً لأنّهُ هكذا كان آباؤهم يفعلون بالأنبياء الكَذبةِ. لكنّي أقولُ لكم أيّها السّامعون أحِبُّوا أعداءَكم وأحسِنوا إلى الذين يُبغِضونكم، وباركوا الذين يلعنونكم وصلُّوا لأجلِ الذين يُعنِتونكم، ومن ضرَبك على خدِّك فقدِّم لهُ الآخَرَ. ومن أخذ رداءَك فلا تمنعْهُ قميصَك أيضاً، وكلُّ مَن سالك فأعطِه. ومَن أخذ ممّا لك فلا تطالِبْهُ بهِ، وكما تُريدون أن يفعلَ الناسُ بكم كذلك افعلوا أنتم أيضاً بهم، فإنكم إن أحببتُم الذين يُحبّونكم فأيُّ فضلٍ لكم فإنّ الخَطأَةَ أيضاً يُحبُّون الذين يُحبُّونهم، وإن صنعتُم الخيرَ مع الذين يُحسِنون إليكم فأيُّ فضلٍ لكم فإنّ الخطأةَ أيضاً هكذا يصنعون، وإن أقرضتُم مَن ترجونَ أن تستوفُوا منهُ فأيُّ فضلً لكم فإنَّ الخطَأَةَ أيضاً يُقرِضون الخطأة لكي يستوفُوا المثلَ منهم. ولكن أحبُّوا أعداءَكم وأحسنِوا إليهم وأقرضوا ولا تخيّبوا رجاءَ أحدٍ فيكون أجرُكم كثيراً وتكونوا بني العليِّ فإنَّهُ حليمٌ على الأشرارِ والكافرين، فكونوا رحماءَ كما أنّ أباكم هو رحيمٌ.

 إبتهالات .. وطلبات .. وتضرعات

لنقم حسنا ونصلّ بحرارة وثقة قائلين: يا رب إرحمنا

*المحبة الحقيقية لا حدود لها ولا قياس: يا رب كي نصغي الى كلامك ونطبقه فنحب الجميع، حتى الذين يعادونا او يضايقونا او يؤذونا، ويزداد حبنا نقاوة: نطلب ونقول.

*المحبة الحيقيقة التسامح: يا رب كي نتعلم لا فقط ان لا نحقد، انما ان لا نحاسب الاخرين، ونخدم كل الناس بتواضع وقناعة ومحبة: نطلب ونقول.

* يا رب من أجل ان نفهم دعوتنا المسيحية  ونسعى لعيشها في البيت والعمل ونعكس صفاء الانجيل وشفافيته على من هم معنا وحولنا نطلب ونقول

* اللهم أشمل برحمتك نفوس موتانا والذين قتلوا بالظلم أرحمهم يا رب في ملكوتك السماوي فيكونوا بين عداد الابرار والقديسين نطلب ونقول

1st Reading/ DEUTERONOMY 1: 16-33

A reading from the Book of Deuteronomy “ Barichmar

Which the LORD our God is giving us. See, the LORD your God has given you the land. Go up and take possession of it as the LORD, the God of your fathers, told you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Then all of you came to me and said, “Let us send men ahead to spy out the land for us and bring back a report about the route we are to take and the towns we will come to.” The idea seemed good to me; so I selected twelve of you, one man from each tribe. They left and went up into the hill country, and came to the Valley of Eshcol and explored it. Taking with them some of the fruit of the land, they brought it down to us and reported, “It is a good land that the LORD our God is giving us.” But you were unwilling to go up; you rebelled against the command of the LORD your God

2nd Reading /Corinthians 9: 13-27

A reading from the Letter of St. Paul to Corinthians’ Barichmar”

Don’t you know that those who work in the temple get their food from the temple, and those who serve at the altar share in what is offered on the altar? In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel. But I have not used any of these rights. And I am not writing this in the hope that you will do such things for me. I would rather die than have anyone deprive me of this boast. Yet when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! If I preach voluntarily, I have a reward; if not voluntarily, I am simply discharging the trust committed to me. What then is my reward? Just this: that in preaching the gospel I may offer it free of charge, and so not make use of my rights in preaching it. Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law. To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.

Gospel Reading/LUKE 6: 27-38

A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke 

Looking at his disciples, he said: “Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh. Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. “Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their fathers treated the prophets. “But woe to you who are rich, for you have already received your comfort. Woe to you who are well fed now, for you will go hungry. Woe to you who laugh now, for you will mourn and weep. Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for that is how their fathers treated the false prophets But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. If someone takes your cloak, do not stop him from taking your tunic. Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you. “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even `sinners’ love those who love them. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even `sinners’ do that. And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even `sinners’ lend to `sinners,’ expecting to be repaid in full. But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

*. For peace and reconciliation in our divided world, that human hearts everywhere may be set free from fear, hatred, and violence,

 let us pray to the Lord.

* For the community of St.Thomas in Hamilton that God has gathered today, that we may know the love of Christ, as we live in him and he lives in us, let us pray to the Lord.

* For those who have died, may the Sacred Heart of Jesus give them mercy and eternal peace, let us pray to the Lord.
